Privacy notice

This notice explains how we process your personal data when you sign up to be notified about the European Labour Mobility Congress 2027.

What data, why and on what basis

We process your e-mail address, together with the date, time and exact wording of the consent you gave and confirmed, in order to send you information about the European Labour Mobility Congress 2027. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Giving your e-mail address is voluntary, but without it we cannot send you the updates.

How long

We send you updates until you withdraw your consent. After you withdraw it, we stop sending e-mails and keep only the record of when you gave and withdrew your consent, so that we can demonstrate that we processed your data lawfully.

Who receives the data

Your data may be processed on our behalf by providers of IT, hosting and e-mail services. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by writing to [email protected]; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych). We do not make automated decisions based on your data.
